With the introduction of the xB2 in the 3rd quarter of 2007, Scion has proven again who's on top. The xB2 sales trumps all Scion sales and is a very popular platform for modifications. There are more and more parts hitting the market for this body style. Here we show the various body kits currently available for the xB2.

There are more and more parts hitting the market for this body style. Here we show the various body kits currently available for the xB2.
1. Here we have the popular but expensive 5 Axis kit. The 5 Axis is lip kit that is only available through the dealer. We have seen this kit retail anywhere from $1,100 to $1,350. This kit is perfect for those looking for a clean look. Optomize Scion
2. Another dealer-only item, the Kenstyle kit from the 08 xB Release Series 5.0. The vehicle just hit dealerships about a week ago and there are only 2500 of them being made. The kit comes pre-painted the RS5 color "Gold Rush" and our sources say that only 200 kits will be made and can be special ordered for around $1400. Yet the gold rush RS5 rear wing will be available in a quantity of 500. This is also a lip kit. SCION
3. Here we have the just release Bomex Aero kit from Japan. Bomex is a very well known body kit manufacturer and they are known for very high quality kits with perfect fitment. The Bomex kit will be retailing for $820 + shipping and is also a lip kit. BOMEX USA
4. AIT Racing has a lip kit made of high quality fiberglass. Pricing has been set below $999 and will be up on the AIT site soon. This kit is similar to the Razzi kit without the dual exhaust out and gives the box an enhanced stance. AIT Racing
5. Extreme Dimensions is the only company thus far with a full bumper replacement body kit for the xB2. This kit has very clean lines that follow the original design and is made of high quality fiberglass. They also give you the option of purchasing vented front fenders that give it that special look. One of the most attractive xB2 kits on the market. $1699 for the 7 pc kit and $949 for the 4 pc kit. Extreme Dimensions
6. Razzi was one of the first aftermarket companies with a full lip kit for the xB2. Not only does their kit sport a clean design that flows well with the stock body lines, there kit also features a stimulated dual exhaust look. The kit actually comes with an extension that allows you to change the look of the exhaust into a dual out design. Pretty ingenious for a body kit. Razzi
7. A resource guide wouldn't be complete without at least one replica kit, cause not everyone can afford the real thing. But... in this case it an innovative replica kit since there was no original to copy. The bB in Japan is a completely different car and our xB2 is actually to the Toyota Rumion over there. The Rumion sports a completely different front end so their kits won't actually fit without some extensive modification. 8. The first true production xB2 wide-body kit is made by BRS-Autodesign. This kit is for those that really want to go no holds barred and splurge. This kit carries a hefty price tag of $3500 and comes with everything needed to make your B wide as hell. Now remember, with any widebody kit, you need to upgrade your wheels. In this case something like a 9.5 front and 11-13" wide back wheel would be ideal. So to replicate this look of their demo vehicle, which also sports a twin-turbo V8, budget yourself to be in the $6,000 range. But who cares, you would probably be one of two in the entire country! 9. My final addition to this guide is the all new ScionPro xG Gangsta-style kit. This is for those who really want to go extreme. It's a pricey kit but well worth it for hand-laid fiberglass and full bumper replacements. I haven't seen pics of finished product yet, but from the diagrams it's really going to be out of this world. According to Steve at ScionPro, the full kit is currently in production while the rear wing, rear midwing, front visor and sideskirts are currently available. Carbon fiber is also an alternative for all these parts, of course you gotta add on a couple hundred bucks and be patient enough to wait a few weeks. ScionPro
